update

Hey everyone,
I haven't posted in a while. Just wanted to let my readers know that I am doing great. 100% doror blood!

I also wanted to thank everyone who has read the blog and encourage them to spread the information around.

St. Christopher's Hospital had their annual Sickle Cell Parent Support Group Family Day. Every year they have an activity for the patients to do and share with the attendees. This year we wrote letters to President Barack Obama. Many patients wrote interesting letters of their lives with Sickle Cell. Mines was written to inform the Pres. of the potentially helpful alternative treatment, that have been helpful for me. I proposed a plan to allow alternative medicine practices to join with the hospitals. I also left him the URL for the blog. Hope to get a comment!
