Lately I have noticed many differences in my everyday life. First, I woke up one morning and saw my eyes completely white. That has never happened before. Infact I used to have to explain to everyone why my eyes were so dark all of the time. As many already know I like to dance and I have been to dance longer session than I used to. I haven't had back pain since July. Well, I haven't had any pain since July.
Yes I'm still bald but I can see its comming back.
Also when I go for my check up and blood work on tuesdays I get nothing but great news. This week my hemoglobin was 11.5. That really shows that my sisters blood is building up right inside me. Infact they just check the level of blood working in me thats hers and the amount of my own. We are at 50/50 mark. The doctors say that is enough to defeat any sickle cell symptoms.
Next week I'll get the IVIG again. I get that every other week. So keep chacking in.
